Male cats can weigh from 6 to 10 kilograms, female cats – 5-6 kilograms. The height of an adult Siberian female cat at the shoulder can be 33 centimeters.
The Siberian cat is curious and active. It’s not revengeful and touchy. They are leaders by nature so if you have other animals at home, this cat most likely will be the main one. They respect themselves. It’s hard to submit them to one’s will. It chooses one owner and is loyal to him.
Cats of this breed are not afraid of water.
Lifespan: They can live up to 12-18 years.
Is a Siberian Cat hypoallergenic? There is no albumen FEL D1 in their saliva which is a strong allergen. So it’s one of the most hypoallergic breeds.
